BUSMA QR Life Policies
Digital subscriptions
Life Plus and Life Family are annual. "Cancel renewal" is not an immediate cancellation — your plan stays active until the paid period ends, then reverts to Free while your existing items keep working. There is no auto-renewal; renewal is a fresh payment.
Physical products & returns
- Stickers and cards ship within Saudi Arabia.
- Defective, damaged or wrong items are replaced after contacting support.
- Return requests are handled manually via support within the approved timeframe.
- Tags cannot be transferred between accounts.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled manually by support on a case-by-case basis. There is no automated refund.
Privacy (summary)
- Default: your phone and email are never shown to whoever scans a QR — reports reach you through a private relay.
- Optional: you can enable showing a dedicated Life contact number per asset; this number is entirely separate from your account and shipping phone and stays OFF until you turn it on.
- Optional: a finder may share their own number with explicit consent — shown only to you and never published publicly.
- For Kids items we strongly recommend leaving phone display OFF and relying on the private notification.
- Incoming reports are kept in an inbox private to your account that no other user can see.
- BUSMA QR Kids does not track a child's location or show their private data.
- Your shipping address and phone are used only for delivery and never appear on public pages.
- We keep order and payment records for operational and regulatory purposes.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and personal data from inside the app (Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account) or via our account-deletion page. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription — manage renewal in the store. We may retain billing and security records with your personal identifiers removed.
