Delete your BUSMA QR account

You can delete your account permanently from inside the app, or request deletion from this page if you cannot access the app.

Fastest: in the app

Open the BUSMA QR app, then: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Deletion happens immediately after you confirm your identity.

What gets deleted

  • Your login account (email/password or Google link) and profile data.
  • Your Life assets: vehicles, items, kids' belongings, and events.
  • Associated smart QR codes, contact reports, addresses, devices, and notifications.

What may be retained

  • Billing and payment records: retained for accounting/tax compliance (ZATCA), with personal identifiers minimized/anonymized.
  • Security logs (e.g. sign-in events): retained for fraud prevention with your email/identifier removed.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your BUSMA QR account does not automatically cancel a recurring Google Play subscription. To stop renewal, manage your subscription in Google Play: Manage subscriptions in Google Play .

Request deletion via this page

Enter the email linked to your account. We'll send you a confirmation link; after you confirm, our team verifies identity and then performs the deletion. We won't disclose whether an account exists for that email.
